    In this post I put up a rough workout outline to the shoulder workout routine that Branch Warren has done in the past to get ready for a contest.





    Branch Warren Shoulder Workout



    Reverse Rear Flye

    Set1: 12-15 reps

    Set2: 12-15 Reps

    Set 3: Dropset

    12-15 Reps

    10-12 Reps

    10-12 Reps



    Barbell Military Press

    Warmup: 20 Reps

    Set1: 12-15 Reps

    Set2: 10-12 Reps

    Set3: 10-12 Reps



    Front Lateral Raise

    Warmup: 15-20 Reps

    Set1: 8-10 Reps

    Set2: 8-10 Reps

    Set3: Dropset:

    8-10 Reps

    6-8 Reps



    Side Lateral Raise

    Set1: 10-12 Reps

    Set2: 10-12 Reps

    Set3: Dropset

    8-10 Reps

    8-10 Reps

    Standing Shoulder Press/Upright Row

    Set1: 8-10/8-10 Reps

    Set2: 12-15/12-15 Reps

    Set3: 20/12 Reps
